The project is located in the Uckermark 10 kilometers south of Prenzlau and 7 kilometers west of Gramzow.

The proximity to bus and train makes it easy for young and old to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Uckermark and escape the stress of everyday life with a few hours' travel time.

With its special environment, Seehausen/Uckermark provides every fan of nature and tranquility with beautiful and amazing corners. As a special station (centre of the Berlin-Usedom cycle path), the interesting stop offers many places that can be explored by bike.

The good connection to country roads and highways in the crossroads of the big cities and the Baltic Sea is another positive argument for laying the foundation for linking the elements "recreation and development". Nevertheless, it is important to us to keep the tradition alive.
