Mr. Mohammed Alayed, Founder & CEO in Falkensee, Germany has developed a unique concept for Special area holiday houses and Urban Farming for generations to be located in Seehausen (Oberuckersee) area of Brandenburg located north of the city. The initial community will have between 20-25 apartments, Hotel with its facilities, Faming Research centre, and Camping area.
